World Champion Brooke Donoghue to host virtual seminar ahead of Aon Maadi Cup

Brooke Donoghue will host a virtual seminar ahead of the 2021 Aon Maadi Cup for all secondary school rowers on Saturday 20 March at 7.30pm.

Brooke will be joined by elite rower Nathan Flannery and each will provide tips and advice for mental and physical preparation for racing at Lake Karapiro, provide insight into preparations for the Tokyo Olympics and explain the importance of protecting the waterways our sport so heavily relies upon.

Each seminar can be attended by 100 secondary school athletes, so register early.
